Live arrival is guaranteed between 40 to 90 degrees F as long as someone is home to sign for the package on the 1st delivery attempt.
*1: Live arrival guarantee is VOID if incomplete or erroneous shipping information is provided or/and/or if no one is present to receive the shipment.
*2: I offer a 7 days health guarantee on all animals. Once received I have no control over the care that the animal(s) will receive from you so therefore, I cannot offer a guarantee longer than 7 days.
*3: All feed/shed records, dating back to a reasonable time period, will be included with the animal upon sale.
DOA's must be reported within 24 hours. Return of DOA animals will be required for credit or replacement. |
